Following the cancellation of APEC 2020, PI is bringing you all the great things we planned for the show through our new virtual booth. SCALE-iDriver for SiC MOSFETs Achieves AEC-Q100 Automotive Qualification(New!)
Power Integrations today announced that its SIC118xKQ SCALE-iDriver, a high-efficiency, single-channel gate driver for silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, is now certified to AEC-Q100 for automotive use. Devices can be configured to support gate-drive voltage requirements of commonly used SiC MOSFETs and feature sophisticated safety and protection features.
Easy-to-Use SCALE-2 Plug-and-Play Gate Drivers from Power Integrations Suit Press-Pack IGBT Modules(New!)
Power Integrations today introduced the 1SP0351 SCALE-2™ single-channel, +15/-10 V, plug-and-play gate-driver, developed specifically for new 4500 V press-pack IGBT (PPI) modules from manufacturers such as Toshiba, Westcode and ABB. Based on Power Integrations’ widely used SCALE-2 chipset, the new gate-drivers are perfectly suited for high-reliability applications such as HVDC VSC, STATCOM/FACTS and medium-voltage drives.
Power Integrations Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Financial Results(New!)
Power Integrations today announced financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. Net revenues for the fourth quarter were $114.5 million, flat compared to the prior quarter and 23 percent from the fourth quarter of 2018. Net income was $158.3 million or $5.28 per diluted share, compared to $0.57 per share in the prior quarter and $0.77 in the fourth quarter of 2018. Cash flow from operations was $182.2 million for the fourth quarter.
